Elif Homes (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a digital general contractor that uses technology to coordinate and deliver construction, renovation, and home improvement services. By accessing or using the Elif Homes website, mobile app, contractor portal, or any associated services (“Platform”), you (“you” or “User”) agree to these Terms of Service.
Elif Homes contracts directly with homeowners to manage residential construction and improvement projects. We may employ or subcontract with licensed professionals to perform work. Elif Homes oversees planning, scheduling, coordination, and delivery of work and remains your primary point of contact.
We may assign work to third-party subcontractors, vendors, or specialists. These professionals operate under agreements with Elif Homes. However, we remain responsible for the overall project outcome and performance of all parties.
By using the Platform, you agree to receive communications from Elif Homes via email, SMS, or phone calls regarding your project—such as scheduling updates, confirmations, and support messages.
Use of Twilio: We use Twilio to deliver SMS and phone calls. Your phone number and message metadata may be processed by Twilio solely to communicate with you. Essential service-related messages cannot be opted out of.
Before work begins, we provide pricing, billing schedules, and accepted payment methods. By approving a project, you authorize us to collect payments according to the agreed terms. Payments may be processed by third-party providers.
Elif Homes warrants that all work will be performed professionally and in compliance with building codes and industry standards. Notify us promptly if you encounter issues.
Except where expressly stated, Elif Homes disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elif Homes is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform or our services.
You agree to provide accurate information, allow access to your property when needed, and comply with all laws. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding scopes of work before authorizing any project.
Either party may terminate a project subject to the terms in its agreement. Elif Homes may suspend or terminate Platform access if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state or jurisdiction where the project is located, without regard to conflicts of law.
